The Dr. Michael Krochak Pre-Dental Scholarship – Why It’s So Valuable to Pre-Dentistry Students

There is no denying that student debt associated with attending Colleges and Universities is rising across the country. Students everyday are burdened with not only taking on thousands of dollars of debt, but also coming up with the necessary funds to be successful in their classes in order to obtain their degree. Text-books, housing, transportation and even meals are all added costs that can create barriers for young men & women hoping to enter the field of dentistry.

Dr. Michael Krochak, DMD, recognized these barriers, and created The Dr. Michael Krochak Pre-Dental Scholarship in order to help pre-dentistry students overcome some of the many obstacles they may face obtaining their degree. Dr. Krochak understands that educating the next generation of Dentists is vital to public health.  To this day, 35 years after he began practicing general dentistry, Dr. Krochak continually takes advanced education courses as part of his commitment to staying at the forefront of superior general and cosmetic dentistry.
